ICCD – 27th ICCD European Deaf Chess Club Team Championship 15-18 Sept 2026

ICCD Europe President – Egle Marcinkeviciene writes this:

The 27th ICCD European Deaf Chess Club Team Championship and the 15th ICCD Open Deaf Individual Championship are taking place in Stavanger, Norway

10 European deaf chess clubs are participating in the European Deaf Chess Club Team Championship and 25 players are participating in the Open Deaf Individual Tournament. The players are from 15 different countries, including Kazakhstan and Venezuela.

The first round was on 15th September 2026, marking the beginning of an exciting week of international deaf chess competition.

We wish all players and teams a successful championship and enjoyable games in Stavanger.
